I agree and acknowledge that I have been given an account on the NQT Manager system on the understanding that:
My login details are particular to me and must remain confidential. I must not allow anyone else to use my account under any circumstances or share my login details.
The system stores personal data of both myself and other individuals and this data must remain confidential. Furthermore, information must remain on the system and must not be removed from the system.
The system must not be accessed in any location where there is a risk that it will be overlooked by unauthorised personnel, students or members of the public. I must not leave the system logged in, unsecured and unattended for any reason.
Failure to comply with the above may constitute a breach of the Data Protection Act (2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and leaves the Appropriate Body, the school and myself liable to legal action and possible fine.
